Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on deposits, classes, e-books or services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Treatments/services cannot be transferred to other individuals or clinics.
  • For any cancellation notice, we require a 48 hours notice.
  • If you No-Show, reschedule or cancel out of the 48 hours timeframe of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50. 
  • If you pre-paid any packages and cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours, one treatment will be forfeited.
  • There is no refunds on packages of services not completed and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.
  • Pre-paid packages have 3 months expiration date.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours prior to your appointment, any deposit or payment will go towards next appointment.
  • As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.
  • We ask that appointments be held with a credit card. Your card is not billed prior to your appointment outside of the aforementioned reasons.
  • When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping takes 7-10 business days. You should get an email with the tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
  • We only accept refund requests for products and we do not process refunds unless your order was received broken or defective. If there's a problem with your order, please email orders@kurvesbodyspa.com
  • Please make sure to include: Name, email, order number and the problem of your order.
